My style is a mix of cross training, high intensity training (HIT), calisthenics and weight training. I get bored fast so variety is where I thrive. With constantly keeping things fresh you keep the body guessing and keep the muscles stimulated. There is no magic potion and one size fit all program. It takes time, practice, healthier food choices and commitment. We all have a road to travel to our destination. The question is which way will you take to get there?
